  My car was vandalized and I took it here for repair. I spoke to Jim several times on the phone and twice in person while my car was there. Jim was rude and condescending every time we spoke, from hello to goodbye. There are plenty of other repair shops in town I will be giving my business to going forward in hopes that I won't get talked down to and disrespected. In no way should someone treat people, much less customers, like that.

  "Treated like family"
  When you align yourself here you are treated like family. If you have an emergency service or repair they fit you in as quickly as possible!! They also go above and beyond to help your family members even though they may not be regular customers. I matter. Mick P.
